Homeplan is a Concord, NC based remodeling and home repair company with over 15 years of customer referrals all around the Charlotte, NC region, from South Charlotte to Salisbury. Our primary services have been focused on kitchen and bath remodeling and many basic to large scale commercial and home repairs.

 

The owner of Homeplan, Philip Quigley, started as a carpenter in western NY and progressed into a home builder in the early 1980’s with over 30 custom designed homes built for clients with special design requests which led to a collection of unique home designs that became an attraction during the demanding years. After relocating to Concord, NC in 1997, and spending a few years becoming established, a remodeling and repair business was started and has now grown into a well referred company.

 

With a new generation of capabilities being launched by Nicholas Quigley, who works on each project Homeplan provides services for, his passion for understanding the trades along with a degree in business has opened up a new chapter in the expansion of Homeplan. With over 35 years experience in home building, renovations, design, and repair, the Homeplan family is committed to quality services, and treating your home as if it were our own.
